Executive Committee

CSX's Executive Committee is made up of executives who lead the Group's operational and functional entities.

This group sets strategic goals aligned with the guidelines established by the Board of Directors and coordinates their implementation, ensuring the organization adapts to changes in the business environment.

The Executive Committee also establishes responsibilities and delegations of authority to executives, overseeing the execution of those responsibilities.
